Evaluation
How Will We Know What We Have Achieved?
Evaluation is critical to both inform the development of your program and to measure what has been achieved by your program. Conducting evaluation mid way through the program can also tell you how the program is going and if it needs any fine-tuning. It is important to be aware of the difference between the measurement of project activities or outputs (what was produced and distributed) and outcomes - what impact did the program have?
